Bio
Lori served as the Executive Director of a large Catholic Women’s Nonprofit before becoming a Transformational Life Coach. Besides Coaching, Lori has over 20 years of experience in facilitating and speaking at Retreats and Seminars, many alongside her husband Lou, a Deacon in the Catholic Church.
Lori is not just a Life Coach. She includes her knowledge of brain health from Amen Clinic along with learning to manage the mind and emotions in her coaching. Lori uses the Positive Intelligence program to help her clients weaken their negative mind chatter and rewire their brain through Mental fitness so they can live without the stress and anxiety of life’s circumstances. Her deep faith in Our Lord is woven into all her coaching sessions and she prays before each session to create a space for the Holy Spirit to be present.
Her ultimate goal is to help her clients find the true essence of who they were originally created to be and inspire them to live their divine given life abundantly.
She has been married for 32 years to Lou and they have 3 adult children. Besides Coaching, she enjoys golfing, traveling and leading bible studies to help both women and married couples have a personal relationship with the Lord.
Lori’s unique teaching tools and techniques help anyone at any stage or phase of life. Currently, she helps women successfully BLOOM and live life with love, purpose, passion, and fulfilled faith.
